Dr. O'Brien is a board-certified surgeon specializing in the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of the spine from diagnosis through recovery.
Areas of specialty include degenerative conditions of the spine, spinal deformity, spine trauma, tumors and infection of the spine in all age groups.
Dr. O'Brien is double board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Spine Surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed his post-doctoral training in general surgery, orthopaedic surgery and spine surgery. Michael A. Greene, DO, is a board-certified interventional pain physician, specializing in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain.
Dr. Greene completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta before returning to his native South Florida for his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his internship at Columbia Hospital in West Palm Beach and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan, New York, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Greene’s interest in pain management led him to pursue fellowship training in pain management and interventional spine procedures at Temple University. He has been a co-author for several articles as well as chapters within pain management texts.
